   As for sugar, 70g or 100 g will be enough for you per day. But most of us consume more than 200 g per day. Especially it concerns kids. They may lose teeth very shortly due to extra sugar in their organism.

You have to give up such products as bread (only 100 g), sugar (1-2 pieces), jams, potato, cereals, etc. You can have a piece of bread, greased with butter, cheese, apples, green tea. After a couple of hours you can drink a glass of kefir or milk and eat 2 biscuits. You may eat buckwheat porridge with milk and fresh vegetables. Instead of salt you may have onion, garlic and herbs. All products may be prepared with a little amount of salt and you will have the right weight.
